Flippity Board Plan Use Rules

Effective Date: April 14, 2026

These plan use rules apply to Flippity Board. By using FLIPPITY or purchasing a FLIPPITY plan, you agree to these rules in addition to the general Terms of Service.

If you submit a note through a FLIPPITY Guest Notes page, the Guest Notes submission rules below also apply to that submission.

1. Plan limits at a glance

The limits below are account limits. Unless we state otherwise, "screens" are measured by saved FLIPPITY board configurations on the account.

  • Free: Guest preview plus signed-in free use. 10 saved scenes after sign-in. 3 low or medium PNG, GIF, or MP4 exports per 7 days. Custom sizes up to 1,200 cells with Flippity branding kept on the board.
  • Personal: Single-user personal use. 50 saved scenes. 100 exports per 30 days across PNG, GIF, MP4, and Alpha APNG. Custom sizes up to 1,200 cells.
  • Business: Commercial use for one business. Unlimited saved scenes. Unlimited exports subject to rate limits. Custom sizes up to 4,000 cells plus workspace tabs.
  • Enterprise: Custom or large-scale use. Custom by agreement. Custom by agreement. Custom implementation or local hosting by agreement.

2. Free

Free covers guest preview use plus a signed-in free account for ongoing personal use.

  • You may use the live FLIPPITY editor and share designs without creating an account.
  • After sign-in, Free includes up to 10 saved scenes.
  • After sign-in, Free includes up to 3 low or medium PNG, GIF, or MP4 exports per rolling 7-day period.
  • Free includes full Flippity customization, including custom sizes up to 1,200 cells.
  • Free keeps Flippity branding pinned on the board and does not include custom sequencing, Premium Rendering, or Alpha APNG exports.

3. Personal

Personal is for one person using FLIPPITY for their own non-commercial projects.

  • You may use FLIPPITY for your own personal, non-business work.
  • Personal includes 50 saved scenes.
  • Personal includes up to 100 total exports per rolling 30-day period across PNG, GIF, MP4, and Alpha APNG, including high PNG, GIF, and MP4 plus all Alpha APNG presets.
  • Personal unlocks custom sequencing, Premium Rendering, and board-branding removal.
  • Personal boards may be resized up to 1,200 cells.
  • You may not use Personal for a business, organization, venue, or client.

4. Business

Business is for one business using FLIPPITY within normal small-business limits.

  • You may use FLIPPITY for customer-facing or internal business displays for your own business.
  • Business includes unlimited saved scenes.
  • Business currently runs without a fixed rolling export cap in the implemented app, subject to abuse and rate-limit protections.
  • Business includes workspace tabs for grouping boards and sequences by use case.
  • Business boards may be resized up to 4,000 cells.
  • You may not use one Business plan to serve multiple unrelated businesses or clients as a hosted service.

5. Enterprise

Enterprise is for custom, high-volume, multi-location, or otherwise non-standard use.

  • Enterprise may include custom limits, local hosting, custom implementation, or separate commercial terms.
  • Contact info@flippityboard.com for enterprise pricing.

6. Enforcement and changes

  • We may technically enforce plan limits through account caps, quotas, throttles, or similar controls.
  • We may reject saves, exports, or downloads that exceed your current plan.
  • We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts whose usage creates abuse, cost, stability, or security problems.
  • We may update plan limits, pricing, or plan structure in the future. Changes apply prospectively unless required otherwise by law.

7. Guest Notes submissions

If you send a note through a FLIPPITY Guest Notes page, these additional rules apply.

  • Submit only content you have the right to share and that is actually intended for the couple or event host.
  • Do not submit unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Do not include private, confidential, or sensitive personal information that you would not want displayed, stored, reviewed, or exported by the event host.
  • Guest Notes hosts may review, hide, replay, export, or remove submitted notes, and FLIPPITY may filter, block, rate-limit, or reject submissions to prevent abuse.
  • We may limit access to Guest Notes or remove submissions that violate these rules or create safety, security, stability, or legal issues.

8. No resale or service bureau use

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may not resell, sublicense, white-label, host, or run FLIPPITY as a service for third parties.
